Blender Grease Pencil Rig Sackii.Sackii.3.1.2.6.07 TV Cutout Animation

This rig is designed to be flexible, lightweight, redraw and resculpt oriented.

It's important for 2D animators to be 2D animators and not be overly concerned with technical details. Working this way keeps artists focused on animation to help them bring their work to a finished professional state. The design of the rig is to limit the technical side of rigging as much as possible setting up animators for success.

BEWARE! There's no way to sugarcoat this. Some things in animation are straight-up hard work. This rig is going to teach you how to think about form at its most basic level in animation. Twisting forms can be difficult even for the most seasoned animators. Once you learn how to think this way as a 2D animator you can expect huge changes down the line for the better. The way that you will end up approaching animation will be one step closer to becoming more cinematic.

It's strongly suggested animators learn how to draw a cube in space and be able to twist rotate and distort that cube at will. Learning to draw this way first is going to really help pose a character out and make the character more dynamic Good luck & God Speed.
